The 102-story Art Deco landmark may soon be up for sale in bits and pieces to anyone with enough green, The New York Times reported last night.

The Malkin family, which controls the iconic skyscraper, wants to create a real estate company and sell stock in the building at Fifth Ave. and 34thSt.

The Empire State Building draws tens of thousands of visitors from around the world every year to King Kong’s old stomping grounds, the 86th-floor observatory, where they can gaze at the city 1,050 feet below.
